Salmon

Halibut

Halibut are a good source of protein, rich in significant amounts of many important nutrients including selenium, magnesium, phosphorus and potassium; the B vitamins B12, niacin, and B6; and omega-3 essential fatty acids. European Sea Bass

European sea bass, also known as branzini, were one of the first types of fish, following salmon, to be farmed commercially in Europe. They have only just started to be farmed commercially in Nova Scotia and they are raised entirely on land in closed containment facilities. It's a very tasty fish, with relatively few bones and firm flesh that holds its shape when cooked.
